These terms govern the private transfer and tour services provided by Velocity Athens Transfers (operated by Polydoropoulou Christina, VAT / ΑΦΜ 163437265), Athens, Greece. By booking with us you agree to them.
We provide private, pre-arranged passenger transfers and day tours in Greece with a professional driver and vehicle from our fleet.
Enquiries can be made through the website form, WhatsApp, phone or email. A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it to you in writing. Prices are quoted per vehicle and agreed in advance; there is no meter and no hidden charges. The agreed price covers the route or tour described at booking.
The number of passengers and luggage must match the vehicle booked. Please tell us group size and luggage in advance so we assign the right vehicle. Child seats are available on request.
Please contact us as early as possible for any change or cancellation and we will handle it reasonably. We track incoming flights and wait a reasonable time at no extra charge for flight delays.
We provide safe, licensed transport and hold the insurance required by law. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by events beyond our control, such as traffic, weather, road closures or force majeure. Passengers should be ready at the agreed time and place.
These terms are governed by Greek law and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
