Velocity Athens Transfers (“we”, “us”) operates this website and provides private transfer and tour services in Greece. The business is operated by Polydoropoulou Christina (VAT / ΑΦΜ 163437265), Athens, Greece. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

Only the information you choose to give us when you contact us through the booking form, WhatsApp, phone or email: your name, phone number, email, and trip details (pick-up, drop-off, date, time, flight number, number of passengers, chosen vehicle and any notes). We do not create accounts and we do not collect or store payment card data on this website.

Why we use it

Solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange and provide your transfer or tour, and confirm the price with you. The legal basis is taking steps at your request and our legitimate interest in replying to you.

Sharing

We share your details only with the driver assigned to your trip, as needed to provide the service. We never sell your data. The website is hosted on Hostinger, and booking-form messages are delivered to our business email.

Retention

We keep your data only as long as needed to serve you and to meet any legal or accounting obligations, and then delete it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and to data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr). To exercise any right, email velocityathenstransfer@gmail.com.
